Vancouver, BC (October 31, 2013 ) – Petcurean is helping consumers “Savour Every Moment” with their pets online and in the real world as well. Launched recently at Eat Vancouver and West Coast Women’s Show in Abbotsford, BC, Petcurean’s new Consumer Event Booth is wowing consumers and helping them engage with the Petcurean brand on a deeper level, thanks to Subplot Design Inc.


Subplot partnered with Petcurean and Harbinger in April of this year with the launch of their “Savour Every Moment” campaign at the Tribeca Film Festival Family Fair. In support of the campaign, Subplot designed and developed a Facebook Photo Contest, print and online advertising, team apparel, retail point of sale and other promotional materials.


To bring this campaign further into the consumer’s world, Subplot designed a consumer event booth to help consumers express and celebrate their love of pets and engage with Petcurean in a deeper – and longer – duration at events ranging from pet-specific shows to food and lifestyle shows, across Canada and the U.S.


Subplot has also launched the “Petcurean Difference” campaign, which compliments “Savour Every Moment” by providing hard and compelling facts about Petcurean’s food to help educate consumers about the benefits of premium pet foods. This campaign is supported at events, with print materials, and with online banner ads.

Consumer Events Booth Details:

+ Consumers are invited to write love notes and tributes about their pets on parchment balloons
+ On-site photobooth takes photo of tributes and posts to the Petcurean Facebook Gallery
+ Balloons are hung on illuminated lattice to showcase tributes
+ Petcurean donated 1lb of food to local charities for every tribute written (more than 500 at Eat Vancouver)
+ Supporting the lattice, 4 towers feature recessed shelves with key products
+ Big-screen TV running “Savour Every Moment” film directed by Keith Hopkin, through an artistic grant provided by Petcurean
+ “Food Comparison Display” shows the difference in feeding premium vs “grocery” brand foods
